Historic!
This band is simply historic. From the dark death metal they played at their debut, it came a long way to this new album. “A Sense of Purpose” was a sort of experiment with the sound of their new studio. With “Sounds OF A Playground Fading”, in Flames came back with the big sounds and melodies we all loved like on Come Clarity per example.
This album is a design project in all of its meanings, every details have been clearly observed and cared with a lot of attention.
The Band absolutely did not lost their feeling for writing catchy songs, and you will be blown away by the lyrics, again, a sense of perfection and clarity in those lyrics.
In Flames Came back with the big machine this time and sign a perfect album start to end.
